Mistermobile.lk Terms and Conditions Agreement 

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. 

This Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement“) describes the terms and conditions applicable to your use of the MisterMobile.lk web site which is identified by the uniform resource locator www.mistermobile.lk (“Site“). This Agreement is entered into between you as the user of the Site (“ User“) & Beyond Era (Pvt) Ltd. (“MisterMobile.lk“).

1. Application and Acceptance of Terms and Conditions.

1.1 MisterMobile.lk reserves the right to make changes to our Site, this Agreement, or the policies incorporated herein by reference, with or without prior notice. Therefore, it is recommended that you regularly visit this page and familiarize yourself with the latest version of this Agreement. Your continued use of our Site will signify your acceptance of any revised Terms. Unless otherwise stated, all amended terms shall be effective upon posting to our Announcement Board (“Announcement Board”). This Agreement is effective as of 01:01 AM IST (GMT+5:30), October 11, 2012.

1.2 You may browse the Site (mistermobile.lk) for free and without registering. However, You must register on the Site (“Registration”) to use our Services. During Registration You need to provide information such as your name, address, telephone number and email address. You will also be asked to create an account consisting of a User ID and password (“Your Account”) to identify yourself in future visits to the Site. It is YOUR responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of Your User ID and password and You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under Your Account. You may not transfer, assign or sell Your Account (including rating and feedback) to any third party.

1.3 By accepting these Terms of Use through your use of the Site, you certify that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under the age of 18 but at least 13 years of age you may use this Site only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use. mistermobile.lk does not intentionally collect personal information about children under the age of 13. Children under the age of 13 may not use this Site and parents or legal guardians may not agree to these Terms of Use on their behalf. If you are a parent or legal guardian agreeing to these Terms of Use for the benefit of a child between the ages of 13 and 18, be advised that you are fully responsible for his or her use of this Site, including all financial charges and legal liability that he or she may incur. If you do not agree to (or cannot comply with) any of these terms and conditions, do not use this Site.

2. Price Terms and Conditions.

2.1 Prices displays on website (mistermobile.lk) can be changed without notice.

2.2 Main currency is Sri Lankan Rupee (LKR). Based on the currency you select will be converted into LKR automatically & process the stipulated transaction.

3. Payment Terms and Conditions.

3.1 We accept following payment methods. Credit Card, Bank Wire, Direct Bank Deposits, Bank Draft, Bank cheque, Mobile phone payment (BOC Smart Pay, Dialog eZ Cash, Mobitel M-Cash) and Cash on Delivery*(Special orders Only)

3.2 Cheques to be written in favour of Beyond Era (Pvt) Ltd. “A/C Payee Only” and send to the Beyond Era (Pvt) Ltd. No 93, Orex City, Ekala, Ja-Ela. 11350, WP, Sri Lanka

3.3 Payments should be made up front to the seller/ Dealer to effect the sales.

3.4 Payment must be made within three (3) calendar days of order.

3.5 Which once payment is made not refundable and cannot be transferred to another user account.

4. Delivery / Shipping Terms and Conditions.

4.1 Items are only shipped after receipt of payments.

4.2 In the event of any damages during dispatch should be notified within 6 hours directly to Beyond Era (Pvt) Ltd or Dealer.

5. Refund & Return Terms and Conditions.

5.1 Customers are entitled to have a reimbursement; in case of paid item/s are not available with Beyond Era (Pvt) Ltd or our principals.

5.2 Seller will not accept any kind of sales return other than pre-agreed by Beyond Era (pvt) Ltd or Dealer.

6. Warranty Terms and Conditions.

6.1 Warranty is from the manufacture or its agent only.

6.2 Original Invoice must be provided for warranty claims and Serial Numbers if items must be intact with each item. Warranty period as mentioned against each item.

6.3 Warranty covered for carry in service. Which means all defective items should be brought to our service division.

6.4 All sales on mistermobile.lk do not cover on sight service. This means we do not visit your premises for service, repair, software support or any other problem.

6.5 A period of 15 to 30 working days will be required for any replacement/repair for defective items. However every effort will be made to replace/repair with a shortest possible time.

6.6 Manufacture or its agent reserves the rights to Replace, Repair, Refund or Replace with a different model of item with similar features (in the event of identical item/s are not available in the portfolio).

6.7 Warranty covered for Manufacturers Defects only.

6.8 Warranty does not cover for damages for items such as Burn Marks, Pin Damages, Corrosion, Scratch Marks, Damages against Lightening, Spill of Food or Beverages or any such liquids, Damages due Unauthorised Tampering, Impact of Pirated OS and Software, Natural Disaster Etc.

6.9 Warranty VOID in cases where the warranty stickers are damaged, torn, removed or altered.

6.10 Any complain/claim against purchased item should be recorded with Beyond Era (Pvt) Ltd within 7days of receipt of said item/s.

6.11 Manufacturers warranty period one (1) year less 14 working days and six (6) months less 7 working days.

7. Copyrights and Trademark Terms and Conditions.

Mistermobile.lk phone and tie logo is the registered trademark.

All other designated trademarks, brands and images are the property of their respective owners.
